Hey, I’m Bee, the heart behind HabbyBo Wellness.
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
I am also a former educator, mom, sister, daughter, ex-wife, friend...I have held a lot of labels.
For a long time, I didn’t feel like myself. My energy dropped, my health changed, and I gained weight. I didn’t know where to start, and honestly, I didn’t have the mental space to figure it out. It felt easier to put myself last — and I stayed in that place for years.
I turned 40 and got angry. So I chnaged. I lost over 40 lbs., gained strength, and now I am hella proud of how I look. It took intention, but it did not take long or brutal workouts. I was deliberate with my food, but I still eat a LOT of cheeseburgers. I surrounded myself with supportive, ambitious people. I couldn't have done it without my tribe.
I want to be in your tribe. That's how Habbybo was born. Not just with the physical work — but with the mental load, the overwhelm, and the “I don’t even know where to start” feeling. Because I’ve lived it, and I know how life-changing it is when someone finally meets you where you are and helps you move forward.
My programs are developed and adjusted to you. Your schedule, you exercise background, and food and workout preferences. The only program that works, is one you can stick to. If you have a goal, I have the plan.

I help people stop dieting and start eating with intention. Through personalized nutrition coaching, you’ll learn how calories, macros, and habits work together so you can lose fat, build muscle, and stay consistent without feeling restricted. This is nutrition coaching designed for YOUR real life.
This is not meant to keep you hooked as a client. My goal is to create the exit strategy and independence so you can do it on your own.
This 4-week workout program takes the guesswork out of training. With structured, progressive workouts designed to build strength and tone your entire body, you’ll train smarter—not harder. Each week builds on the last to help you improve performance, boost confidence, and create momentum you can carry beyond the four weeks.
All of it is personalized to your schedule, abilities, and equipment (or lack thereof!).
